Order Tracking


All small items will be shipped as soon as possible via FedEx Ground®. Please note that FedEx delivers Monday to Friday during regular business hours between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. local time.

When your order is on its way, you will receive an email with a tracking number.


All furniture and custom upholstery will be delivered by freight using Palliser’s logistical partner. You will receive an email to confirm shipment. When our logistical partner receives your order in their local warehouse, they will contact you by phone to set up an appointment to deliver your order.
