Return Eligibility

  • Custom upholstery pieces are made just for you and are put into production soon after being placed. Only order cancellations or modifications requested within 24 hours of placing the order will be accepted. Please contact Customer Care to cancel your order. Order cancellations or modifications requested after 24 hours will not be accepted and are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Casegoods are eligible for returns within 30 days from date of delivery, accompanied by original receipt, unassembled and in original packaging.

  • Rugs, throws and pillows are eligible for returns within 30 days from date of delivery, provided the product is in original condition and packaging and has original tags attached.

Return Details

To begin the process of a return, customers should contact Customer Care. Returns will be inspected at the warehouse to determine salability at the discretion of Palliser. Once inspection is passed, eligible returns will be refunded minus the delivery and assembly fees.

  • Delivery and assembly fees are non-refundable.

  • Returns are be subject to inspection before your refund can be issued.

  • Refunds will be provided in the form of the original payment.

  • To ensure a full refund, items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original condition. Packaging must be complete with tags, instructions, and inserts.

  • Delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.

  • Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing on items returned via mail.

  • Floor models, custom orders for upholstery, AS IS and clearance merchandise is final sale. These items cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.

  • Warranty is void on floor models, AS IS and clearance merchandise.

Price Adjustments

If a regularly priced product goes on sale within 14 days of purchase*, we will offer a one-time price adjustment back in the original form of payment.
