Shipping & Delivery

Important Notice

Please note Sarah Richardson for Palliser is currently shipping online orders to Canadian residents only. We are working to expand our shipping into the US. Meantime, US-based customers are encouraged to visit the Find a Retailer to find a location nearest you.

Upholstery Manufacturing

All custom upholstery pieces are made-to-order just for you. Please allow a minimum manufacturing time of 5 - 8 weeks for any custom upholstery orders. Please note that custom upholstery orders cannot be amended, refunded, or cancelled.

Courier

All small products and accessories will be delivered in 5 - 10 business days, using FedEx Ground®. Please note that FedEx delivers Monday to Friday during regular business hours, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. local time.

Please note items over $200.00 shipped via Fed Ex will require a signature at time of delivery – please ensure there is someone available at the address you have provided to sign for the item.

Freight

All furniture items will be delivered by freight using Palliser’s logistical partner. Delivery timelines will vary depending on your location, however, please allow a minimum delivery time of 2 - 4 weeks.

We will attempt to ship all of your items in as few shipments as possible. As a result, the expected lead times will correspond to the longest of the two categories.

Our delivery partner will call you directly to schedule a time to deliver your order. The customer is responsible to be home for their scheduled delivery time. Unclaimed product will be subject to a $50.00 storage fee per week if no appointment has been confirmed upon second contact. Unclaimed products after 30 days following notification from Palliser will be returned to stock. The value of the order will be refunded in original form of tender equal to the amount on the invoice, less delivery and storage fees. Any costs associated with re-delivery due to a failed delivery must be paid for by the customer.

If there is an error with a delivery or products arrive damaged, a replacement will be delivered free of charge. Please contact Customer Care within 48 hours.

Product Assembly

Product assembly is not included in our standard home delivery charge, unless stated elsewhere. Product assembly can be purchased separately as part of White Glove delivery.

Delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.
