Important Notes

Warranty is void on all floor models, AS IS and clearance merchandise.

Only the original purchaser holds the right to a valid warranty.

Any merchandise received damaged must be reported within 48 hours. Exceptions will be made for gifts.

Product availability is subject to change without notice

Customers are responsible for ensuring the furniture purchased fits into their premises (doorways, elevators, stairwells etc.).

Making a Claim

To make a warranty claim or to inquire about concerns with your Sarah Richardson for Palliser product, please contact the authorized retailer the original purchase was made. If product was purchased on sarahrichardson.palliser.com, please contact our customer care team at srinfo@palliser.ca or call 1-866-444-0777.

When making a claim under this warranty, proof of purchase with the original bill of sale and the product serial number are required. Should these not be available, Palliser reserves the right to deny a claim. Palliser reserves the right to request photo verification and/or the return of defective parts to its factory for evaluation.
